17 years ago, god blessed the world with your presence. i could only imagine your childhood memories through old photos and little treasures that you keep. 

a typical busan kid with dreams so grand that they crushed all of your negativity, and filled you with hope and good vibes. your hard work and dedication brought you here and allowed you to soar, your dreams are no longer just dreams. despise our difference, it amazes me how much you are similar to me– i see a lot of me in you in so many ways; i guess that’s why out of the 7 billion people living on this earth, i fell for you. 

happy 19th birthday, my kookie kabookie; my man. you’re no longer the boy i fell so deeply in love with. from now on, you are the man i will continue to fall in love with every morning, the man that entangles himself with me at night so i can sleep with ease, the man who loves me through thick and thin, the man who encourages me, supports me, cheers me on when i fall; and you will be the man i do the same for. 

i asked you what you wanted for your birthday, and as a joke you replied with ‘50 plain t-shirts’, well guess what– i got my hands on 20 printed tees, that’s as much as i can afford right now. apart from that, i also prepared something else:
